Canadian rock band The Kings celebrated the 40th Anniversary of the release of their Certified Platinum Album “The Kings Are Here” and their Certified Gold Single “This Beat Goes On/Switchin’ to Glide”, which was recently inducted into the Canadian Songwriters Hall of Fame, with the video reaching over 5 million views.

Formed in Vancouver BC and Oakville Ontario, The Kings have performed more than 2000 shows across North America including an appearance on Dick Clark’s “American Bandstand” and have released 5 studio albums, 3 live albums including 2 live DVDs, an Anthology, a documentary film, and numerous singles.

Now, in 2024, The Kings have released the full length album “The Longest Story Ever Told,” reaffirming their status as a rock band with songwriting depth. With a history of hits, over 2000 North American shows and a devoted fan base, The Kings remain a hungry band with something to prove.
